1 banana
2 eggs
3 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chopped walnut
3 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon Truvia
Blend banana, eggs, coconut oil and water. Mix the dry ingredients together in another bowl.
Combine the liquid and dry ingredients. The dough shouldn't be runny.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. With a teaspoon place small portions from the dough onto the baking sheet.
Put dried plums on the cookies and bake it in a 350°F preheated oven for ~15 minutes.
