I only changed a couple things :)
I used the juice of a whole lemon and added 2 tablespoons of honey. I put one layer from the apples on the crust and baked it covered for 30 minutes. I blended the leftover apples and added ~2 tablespoon of coconut flour, so I got a thick applesauce. After I had baked the tart covered for 30 minutes I spread the applesauce over it and baked until the crust became brown. Delicious!!!
