Oven roasted Brussels spouts

In my childhood I hated this mini cabbage. Than I've found a recipe on the net, and since then Brussels spouts become a hit in our family!Great side dish with meat and fish too.

1 pound Brussels sprouts
~1 cup orange or grapefruit juce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt,pepper

Remove the outside leaves from the spouts and cut them half. Mix the other ingredients.
Spread the sprouts in a pan and pour the sauce on. The spouts should be at least half covered by the sauce.
If you have time, let the sprouts rest in the sauce for hours, shaking together once in a while.

Cover it and bake in the oven for 30 min on 380°F. Remove the cover and broil it until brown.
